Untuk belajar bahasa Indonesia mereka perlu media untuk berlatih, maka kita pasang juga perangkat seaedunet di mako Special Force Airborne 911

CIEDC sebelumnya sudah menjalankan kerjasama dengan India, tapi semenjak tahun 2008, kerjasama itu sudah berakhir, dan pihak CIEDC ingin melanjutkan kerjasama dengan institusi lain, saat kami dari Tim Seamolec datang untuk memasang perangkat Sea-edunet, mereka sangat tertarik untuk melakukan kerjasama.

Direktur CIEDC Mr. PANN NORA sangat tertarik sekali untuk melakukan kerjasama, baik sebagai mitra atau schoolpartnership, sekolah ini berkosentrasi di bidang pengembangan IT dan sudah memiliki sertifikat Java dari Sun Microsystem yang berada di Singapura, tapi saat ini sudah berhenti, pada saat saya tawarkan untuk membuka Jeni Center, beliau sangat tertarik dan menunggu tanggapan dari Seamolec.

CIEDC juga membuka kelas bisnis dan manajemen, sekolah ini berada satu komplek dengan NTTI.

The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) is Cambodia’s oldest and largest university. It hosts more than 9000 scholarship and full-fee paying students, across a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It is unique in Cambodia for offering specialist degrees in fields including the sciences, humanities and social sciences, as well as vocational courses in fields such as information technology, electronics, psychology and tourism. RUPP also provides Cambodia’s foremost degree-level language programs through the Institute of Foreign Languages. Due to its many achievements, RUPP is the only university in Cambodia with full membership of the ASEAN University Network (AUN). 

RUPP has over 420 full-time staff. All of its 294 academic staff hold tertiary qualifications, including 15 PhDs and 132 Masters degrees. They are supported by 140 administrative and maintenance staff. In addition, the university maintains vast linkage networks with Cambodian and international NGOs, universities and government ministries. As a result, various international and non-government organizations and government offices regularly contribute adjunct faculty members to help expand RUPP’s capacity. 

RUPP is located on three spacious campuses. The main campus lies roughly five kilometers from the center of Phnom Penh. Adjoining the main campus is the Institute of Foreign Languages, which boasts peaceful landscaping features alongside its modern architecture. Roughly one kilometer further from town lies RUPP Campus II, in which the departments of History, Sociology and Philosophy reside

The National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) is a biggest public university in Cambodia. It is founded in 2005. National Technical Training Institute was officially founded in Phnom Penh on 29/12/1999 by Sub-Degree No 109 dated 24/10/2001 in the post of the department of Ministry of Education, Youths and Sports. 

The institute was originally known as Preach Kossomak Technical and Vocational Training Center until 1999 when it became technical training center. On 29/12/1999, the center was granted institute status by the Ministry of Education, Youths and Sports and has hence been known as National Technical Training Institute.

National Technical Training Institute is a state-owned educational institute under the direction of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. The inspiration for the establishment of this institute came from the founders ‘desire to establish an educational institution to train students in theoretical and practical experiments, and academic ability.

The Institute is located in TukThla Commune, Russey Keo, District approximately 5 km from the center of the city (Wath Phnom) with 10 hectares of land area.
